Manual labelling allows DIFARCO specialised technicians to work on customising packaging to meet specific customer demands. A dedicated design team studies the ideal labels (graphics, size, positioning) case by case, assessing the specific needs and characteristics of the product. The labels are then applied by hand, with exceptional precision and according to received instructions.
Automatic labelling applies the principles of millimetre precision and extreme speed, guaranteed by state-of-the-art machinery dedicated to this operation. This processing can be performed indifferently on large or small sized lots.
Gluing of packages or package details can be performed in either manual or semi-automatic mode. In the first case, the accuracy of the work is guaranteed by skilled and specialised operators. In the second, machinery is used for the initial phase (glue distribution), while the final phase (closure and assembly of the packaging) is completed by hand.
